2007 Toyota New Camry Sportivo

Introducing Intuitive New Camry - The car that reads the road

Interior

The new Camry's sexy, European-look interior maximises style, space and comfort... 60/40 split rear-seat back gives you greater flexibility. Power lumbar support adjustment for the driver's seat makes even the longest journey a pleasure. And with the more roomy cabin and a minimum 255mm of fore/aft front seat slide adjustment, there's now more legroom for all.

With increased noise insulation materials throughout the cabin, a smooth transmission, anti-vibration subframes front and rear, the new Camry offers the smoothest, most quiet ride yet.

The new Camry brings you Bluetooth mobile hands-free compatibility (Grande), satellite navigation (Grande) and dual zone auto air condition ing (Ateva & Grande). No matter where you're headed, you'll be confident, comfortable and contactable!

Exterior

Athletic and modern, the new Camry is now sportier than ever. It sits low and wide for a more dynamic performance and greater stability. And with strong, horizontal lines and sharp features, it's a styling masterpiece that looks fast, even when it's standing still.

The new Camry's underbody aerodynamic features are inspired by Toyota's Formula One experience. Its breakthrough stepped engine undercover, maximises downforce on the driven wheels and fairings for the rear wheels ensure smooth airflow away from the rotating tyres. Sportivo also includes a rear floor undercover and a rear fuel tank undercover, for even more downforce to the rear.

You'd expect a leaner, meaner look from the Sportivo - and the new Camry certainly delivers. Its slick new exterior design, combined with an exciting aero kit (front spoiler, rear skirts, side skirts & rear lip spoiler) gives the Sportivo a distinctive sporty appeal. And with its unique six-spoke, 17-inch alloy wheels, stylish honeycomb radiator design, tinted sports headlamps and rear lamps, unique badging and front door scuff plates, the Sportivo is every inch the sports option to own.

2007 BMW X5: A "Sports Utility Vehicle"

The 2007 BMW X5 is the only vehicle in its segment that provides both Active Steering and Adaptive Drive (a combination of Active Roll Stabilization and Electronic Damping Control). It is also the first SUV fitted with run flat tires as standard equipment. The rigorous elegance of the exterior design, just like the flexible interior, clearly underlines the dynamic character of the new BMW X5.

What's new
  • The 2 engine cho ices are now: 3.0-litre inline-six-cylinder that produces 260 horsepower vs. the current 225 horsepower. There will also be only one available V-8 option, a 4.8-litre that produces 350 horsepower.

  • It is 7.4 inches longer than the current model that allows for an optional third row of seats — a must have for a vehicle competing in the SUV segment. There is also a rollover mitigation system and electronic damping control.

  • A new data transfer system called FlexRay, but information on its actual uses is not certain yet. We’re guessing it’s basically a way to put data onto a hard drive, including music files. Keep tune for our updates on this.

  • Rear view camera for safely backing up. It also displays interactive lines on the screen to aid in tricky park ing situations.

  • Xenon headlights that turn in conjunction with the car

  • Next-generation full-time xDrive all-wheel drive

  • iDrive control, with six programmable keys
